Our Story
On May 8, 1997, we opened Sevy's Grill to chase the dream of running an independent restaurant with the guests as our primary focus. Family-run with the simple principles of chef-driven, consistent quality food and wine, warm professional service and a comfortable ambiance. The centerpiece is cooking over our Aztek Grill with a live fire fueled by hickory wood. It's that natural kiss of smoke that adds to the distinct flavors of our food.
Drawing experience from opening twelve restaurants around the country for other people, we enjoy the challenges each day brings and each year we try to better our craft. Thank you to all of our guests (past, present, and future) and thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
Back Story
My name "Sevy" was coined many years ago after professional golf legend, Seve Ballesteros - due to my love of golf, my last name being Severson, and I could hook a wedge! Wearing spikeless golf shoes in the kitchen, having complimentary logo tees and building a four hole putting green on the side patio all tie into this passion.
