Margerum Wine and Food Dinner

Join us on Monday, September 25th as we welcome Margerum Winery to our series of Wine & Food Dinners. Joining us for the evening to give an inside view of what makes this vintner so special will be Margerum National Sales Manager, Sharyn Alexander.

Spanish Wine and Tapas Dinner

Enjoy the flavors of Spain without the airfare! On Monday the 21st, our focus on wine and food turns to Spain. Known for it’s bold flavors and outstanding wines, this dinner will celebrate the two paired together. Chef Eric Freidline will prepare an amuse bouche and four courses using Spanish products and techniques.

Rick Brown, VP of Sigel’s Fine Wines will pair the wines with each course and give us the nuances of each. Reception begins at 6:30 with dinner at 7:00, $79 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Come and enjoy a Spanish evening at Sevy’s Grill!

Lobster Fest

Calling all Lobster Lovers..... this special is for you! Each weekend in August, we will be offering our “Lobster Fest” three course dinner. Straight from Connolly Seafood in Boston and Gloucester, these fresh 1 ½ pound Maine Lobsters will be presented in different ways over three courses for only $39.95!

First Course: Chilled Lobster Cocktail (using claws and knuckles)
Second Course: Creamy Lobster Bisque (using upper body)
Third Course: Poached Lobster Tail, Angel Hair Pasta, Fresh Asparagus, Warm Drawn Butter and Lemon

Patz & Hall Wine and Food Dinner

We are so excited to feature one of California’s most highly regarded wineries, Patz & Hall. Founded in 1988, they have remained committed to handcrafting small-lot and single-vineyard wines, with an exclusive focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Alex Echaniz, Portfolio Division Manager will be our host and share history and information about the winery.

Silver Oak Wine and Food Dinner

Our June Wine and Food Dinner welcomes the iconic Napa winery, Silver Oak. Our original date, Monday the 26th is already Sold Out. But due to an overwhelming response, we have opened up Tuesday, June 27th to accommodate the many guests who want to enjoy this evening of great wine paired with great food. For over 40 years this landmark winery has focused on one varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon, aged exclusively in American Oak. Joining us to share stories and information about Silver Oak and Twomey wineries is Tiffany Frazier, National Sales Manager.

Father's Day Dinner

On Sunday, June 18th, don’t let Dad put that spatula in his hands and fire up the grill! Let him enjoy the final round of the US Open Golf Championship and make reservations at Sevy’s Grill instead! Black Stallion Winery Food and Wine Dinner

On Monday, May the 22nd we welcome the awesome wines of Black Stallion Estate. Located on the grounds of a historic equestrian center, they are the latest addition to the distinguished collection of wineries in the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley. Each of the varietals they produce is hand crafted and carefully blended from small vineyard lots. Just recently, Black Stallion Estate was featured at one of the luncheons at the White House!

Mother's Day Brunch

On Monday, March 27th we're pairing a four course tasting menu, each paired with a different scotch from the Strathspey region.
