On Monday, October 23rd this Calistoga winemaker will treat Sevy’s Grill and our guests to some great wine and insight into their art. August Briggs is an owner managed craft producer of small lot wines showcasing some of Napa and Sonoma’s premier vineyards.

Co-owner and National Sales Manager, Matt Gasco, will join us to give us in depth knowledge of production of August Briggs wines. Reception wine and amuse bouche begins at 6:30, dinner starts at 7:00. Four course customized menu designed to compliment each course of wine, $89.95 per guest (plus tax and gratuity).
