Caymus Vineyards and The Wagner Family Wine and Food Dinner

The name says it all. “Caymus” and the Wagner family of wines is coming to Sevy’s Grill on Monday, November 12th! It has been so popular in years past, we have decided to close the restaurant for the evening just to focus on this special dinner with Caymus.

Joining us for the evening will be Lauren Richardson, Texas Market Manager of the Wagner family of wines, to share stories and insights into what has made this iconic winery what it is today. For over 45 years, Chuck Wagner and 2 of his children, Charlie and Jenny, have been carrying on the tradition of the generations before them of making the best wines even better. Sevy will be creating a menu and running the kitchen as Chef Eric will be on his honeymoon.

Our reservations have already begun to fill, so if you’re a Caymus fan, make that call for reservations NOW. Amuse bouche with reception wine begins at 6:30, with four course, custom menu dinner paired with wines following. $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Contact Stefaan, Frank or Erik at
