Join us on Tuesday, April 24th for a special evening with Hess Winemaker Randle Johnson.
The Hess begins when Donald Hess became interested in mountain grape growing during a business trip to Napa Valley in the 1970's. With further research, he found Mount Veeder Mountain vineyards had the ideal combination of soils and micro climates to produce grapes of distinctive character and flavor.
Randle Johnson joined the Hess Collection three decades ago in 1983, when Donald Hess set aside a portion of the grapes from Mount Veeder for his premium wine label. Since then Randle has continued to hone and refine his wine making style to create elegant wines with great complexity, depth and structure. Chef Eric Freidline has written an awesome menu to compliment these wines. Amuse bouche and reception wine begins at 6:30 with four course dinner following, $89 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Enjoy a wonderful evening with great wines and insight by the man who makes them. Reservations have already started coming in, so reserve your seat soon (214)265-7389.
