It doesn’t get more iconic than Silver Oak Cellars when it comes to great wine from Napa Valley. Join us on Monday, July 23rd as Southwest Regional Manager Tiffany Frazier supplies the stories and explains the flavors from this legendary winery. For more than 40 years their highest caliber fruit has been extensively aged in American Oak barrels. Along with an extended bottle aging method, the end result is a food-friendly, moderate alcohol Cabernet that is drinkable upon release.
Due to the high interest in this pairing, we are exclusively featuring this menu in the restaurant for the evening, creating more seating, and allowing us to put 100% of our efforts into this one-time-only dinner.
