With its first vintage in 1893 it is one of California’s earliest wine estates. Its unique terroir and ideal microclimate support a classical standard in viticulture. Winemaker Christophe Paubert and the winery support a handcrafted and traditional style of wine making, allowing the essence of this world-class flavor to travel from grape to glass.
Rodney Johnson, Texas Portfolio Manager for Stags Leap will be here to share insight into not only the wine, but also the history and special story that makes Stags Leap an icon of California producers. Chef Eric is busy putting together an awesome menu to match these wines. Amuse bouche and reception wine begins at 6:30 with four course dinner and specially paired wines following. $115 per guest (plus tax and gratuity).
