Enjoy the flavors of Spain without the airfare! On Monday the 21st, our focus on wine and food turns to Spain. Known for it’s bold flavors and outstanding wines, this dinner will celebrate the two paired together. Chef Eric Freidline will prepare an amuse bouche and four courses using Spanish products and techniques.
Rick Brown, VP of Sigel’s Fine Wines will pair the wines with each course and give us the nuances of each. Reception begins at 6:30 with dinner at 7:00, $79 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Come and enjoy a Spanish evening at Sevy’s Grill!
