Silver Oak Wine and Food Dinner

Our June Wine and Food Dinner welcomes the iconic Napa winery, Silver Oak. Our original date, Monday the 26th is already Sold Out. But due to an overwhelming response, we have opened up Tuesday, June 27th to accommodate the many guests who want to enjoy this evening of great wine paired with great food. For over 40 years this landmark winery has focused on one varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon, aged exclusively in American Oak. Joining us to share stories and information about Silver Oak and Twomey wineries is Tiffany Frazier, National Sales Manager.

Father's Day Dinner

On Sunday, June 18th, don’t let Dad put that spatula in his hands and fire up the grill! Let him enjoy the final round of the US Open Golf Championship and make reservations at Sevy’s Grill instead! We will be offering a perfect two course special with Dad in mind: a Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese and Bacon, followed by a 16 oz. T-Bone Steak with Mushrooms and a Baked Potato for only $39.95! Our delicious full dinner menu will also be available, as well as our Summer Specialty Drink Menu and our full wine list. Whether it’s a group of family or friends, large parties are always welcome!

Black Stallion Winery Food and Wine Dinner

On Monday, May the 22nd we welcome the awesome wines of Black Stallion Estate. Located on the grounds of a historic equestrian center, they are the latest addition to the distinguished collection of wineries in the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley. Each of the varietals they produce is hand crafted and carefully blended from small vineyard lots. Just recently, Black Stallion Estate was featured at one of the luncheons at the White House!

Joining us for the evening will be James Ewart, Winemaker of Diora Wines, David Boyse, Texas Sales Manager and David Landis National Sales Manager for Black Stallion. Amuse bouche and reception wine begins at 6:30 and a four course dinner paired with specially selected wines starts at 7:00. $89.95 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Mother's Day Brunch

Join us on Sunday, May 14th as we celebrate the Mothers across the land. They give us life, love, hope and a sense of balance in our lives. Thank you for all you do throughout the year! Sevy’s Grill will be featuring our traditional Mother’s Day Brunch from 10:30am - 2pm. Three courses with choices in each; featuring dishes such as Beef Tenderloin, Eggs Benedict, Almond Crusted Trout and Chocolate Three Ways, just to name a few. $38.95 per person ($18.95 for children age 8 and under) plus tax and gratuity.

We will also be serving dinner that evening, featuring Mother’s Day Specials such as Grilled Sea Bass Fillet and Fresh Maine Lobster. Speyside Scotch and Food Dinner

Fans of The Glenlivet and Aberlour, this night is for you!

On Monday, March 27th we're pairing a four course tasting menu, each paired with a different scotch from the Strathspey region. A great opportunity to taste and learn about some of the finest distilled spirits Scotland produces. Joining us for the evening will be Craig Vaught, the "Scotch Ambassador" to share his vast knowledge of scotch and the distilleries that make them.
